Payment is to be made after the sketch has been approved by commissioner.I do not work outside of normal hours, this includes local holidays.I hold the right to refuse any commission for any reason. Any commission paid for, and terminated by me, will be refunded in full.For all avatar work you must have a User rank allowing uploading of avatars for VRChat, other platforms can be uploaded to with prior notice.
